Whether you're gathering for a wedding weekend, a milestone celebration, or a curated retreat, we offer thoughtfully designed accommodations and seamless room block options to keep your group connected—and comfortable. From charming suites to shared gathering spaces, The Menagerie makes it easy to celebrate together in style. To reserve a room block for a large group, a minimum of six (6) units must be reserved in the block and financially guaranteed for a two (2) night minimum stay. You may request to hold additional units beyond the six (6) unit minimum. These additional units will be reserved for the group but are not financially required and the standard cancellation policies apply.

• The first 6 units booked are considered the financially required or guaranteed units.

• A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to secure the block and will be applied toward the room of your choice.

• At 90 days out from your reservation, our team will update you on how many units remain unbooked in your block.

• At 60 days out from your reservation, a 50% deposit will be due for the 6 units in your block.

• At 60 days out from your reservation, any unbooked rooms beyond the 6 guaranteed units will be released to the public for booking.

• 14 days from your reservation, the final balance for the 6 guaranteed units is due.

• Deposits previously paid by the Client/Point of Contact toward these accommodations are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. The Client is solely responsible for coordinating and collecting any reimbursement directly from their guests for deposits or payments made on their behalf.

• If someone in your group block cancels their reservation 15 days or more before their stay, the initial 50% deposit is not refundable. This is per room.

• If someone who placed a deposit on one of the financially required 6 units of your group block cancels their reservation 15 days or more before their stay, the initial 50% deposit is not refundable. This is per room.

• If you are arranging a group booking less than 90 days in advance, 50% is due at booking to hold the units in your block. 14 days ahead of your reservation, the final balance will be due.

Group Lodging pricing is specifically for room blocks and reflects the coordination and management required for group reservations. While our website's pricing may sometimes appear different, ‘Group Lodging’ provides dedicated group management and our team's assistance in coordinating additional amenities and activities for your group's experience.
